Delicate yet wonderfully untamed, these astrantia stems bring the feeling of a wild cottage garden gently spilling across a table in midsummer. Tiny star-like heads cluster along soft branching stems, creating an airy, gathered look full of movement and natural charm rather than a perfectly structured arrangement.

The deeper wine reds sit beautifully beside dusky pinks, rich purples, soft creams and fresh green tones, giving the bouquet an almost painted quality with layers of colour appearing differently as the light changes throughout the day. Styled alone in an old glass bottle or mixed amongst garden roses and foliage, they instantly soften a space and bring that effortless “just gathered from the garden” feeling into the home.

Especially beautiful for creating fuller meadow-style arrangements with depth, texture and a slightly romantic English garden feel.
