Returns

We hope you’ll love your order, but if not, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt by emailing us at anautumnberry@gmail.com. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Returns can be submitted by customers directly through our website.


Please include:

  • Your full name, address, and order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo (for damaged/faulty items)

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Refunds are issued to the original buyer via the original payment method.
  • Items must be securely packaged for safe transit.

Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping charges are refundable.
  • For valuable items, we recommend tracked or insured shipping, as we cannot cover items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or a replacement will be arranged, as agreed.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Damages & Issues

    Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
    If any item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact anautumnberry@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

    To process a replacement or refund, we require:

    1. Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

    2. The damaged item must be returned to us before a replacement is sent.

    Late reports made after 24 hours may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (dried flowers, dried wreaths)
  • Custom or bespoke products (including personalised items and special orders)
  • Handmade items

Order Changes

  • To amend your order (e.g. delivery address, gift message), email us as soon as possible at anautumnberry@gmail.com.
  • Changes must be requested before dispatch and cannot be guaranteed once shipped.
  • Any change may affect the total price, which must be confirmed before acceptance.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order by emailing anautumnberry@gmail.com as soon as possible.
  • If your order has not yet been prepared, you will not be charged or will be refunded in full.
  • If preparation has already begun, charges may still apply.
  • Cancellations received on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • During peak periods, we reserve the right to decline cancellations.
